ALERT - December 4, 2006: Protect Our Woods joins allies to submit a response to the Draft Supplement to the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the German Ridge Restoration Project in Hoosier National Forest19. The Forest Plan is IllegalThe FEIS for the Hoosier LRMP was issued the summer of 2006. It was appealed by Heartwood, Protect Our Woods, and other groups. IT IS STILL UNDER APPEAL. This document is illegal; in other words, it does not comply with NEPA, NFMA, FACA and other laws.
